About Us

Being an overcomer of child sexual abuse at the age of 3 for 13 years, raped at 16, and physically abused by stepfather and mother.   Into adulthood, not realizing, the trail of destruction from the traumas of childhood continued to follow, always leading to bad choices, it took too long to find out that my foundation was not solid. 

The vision of Conscious Co-Creators Intl Foundation is to be a link in the chain of wholistic resources for women who suffer with unhealed traumas as myself in the manner of an off-grid Retreat.   Unplugging from our internal and external chaos is essential to reconnect to self, let go of the weight that doesn't belong to us as well as the weight that does.

Who knew that all the pain and suffering from life's experiences, becomes issues being lodged in our tissues, expressing itself as mental disorders, abusive behaviors, emotionally unstable, all stemming from places of stored up traumas.  It is true that hurt people hurt others, intentionally or unintentionally.  

 Until we begin to take steps to confront our behaviors which may lead to confronting our perpetrators, and even ourselves, we remain in a place of ruins.

  We must remember that healing is a journey, not a destination and we must begin right where we are.

It is time to release what no longer serves us and invite in what allows us to connect to our greatness within waiting to shine.

We offer a variety of wellness services:

• Water/Sound Therapy-
• Grounding/Meditation- Connect to Mother Earth to receive her energy with purposed breathing, absorbing the sounds and feeling of tranquility. 
• InfraRed Sauna Sessions combined with Water/Sound Therapy.

Detox and heal from stuck energies at the same time.

• Flower Essences- Extracted from the flower to enhance for emotional and spiritual balance.

I offer myself as a resource to support mothers that needs a listening ear or a shoulder to cry on.  We're faced daily with trials, and having someone to talk to without judgement, and release what's bottled up on the inside and learn to release the pain to allow love in as its replacement heals us beyond measure.

Learn to love yourself again in order to give love freely in return. 

Learn to detach from the emotions that  keeps us bound in self hate and that destroys forward movement and leads to hate for others.

We are all amazing vessels! Sometimes we just need to be reminded.

Her Philosophy is simple:

 If you are not evolving, you become stuck in old ways and patterns that hinders growth and expansion of mind.

Learning to redirect our focus from the outside world to our internal world is not an easy task, but a worthwhile one to begin, and accept that we are greater than our looks, our material things and skin and bones.

It takes work and dedication but you are worth it.  

Learn to live from a place of love, peace, joy and happiness, so when challenging times are present, you'll have a reserve of divine power and strength stored up to navigate and stay centered.
